Accessibility Statement
Educational material is only educational if people can actually read it. This is what we do, and where we still fall short.
Last reviewed: 4 March 2026.
Our target standard
Global Reserve Research aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-off audit.
Features built into this site
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Semantic landmarks: header, navigation, main and footer regions on every page.
- A single H1 per page with a logical, unskipped heading hierarchy beneath it.
- Descriptive alternative text on every meaningful image.
- Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu and interactive sliders.
- Visible focus indicators that are not removed by our styling.
- Light and dark themes, both tested for contrast, with the preference remembered.
- Reduced-motion support: all animation is suppressed when your operating system requests it.
- Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px viewport width.
- Content rendered server-side in the HTML, so it remains available to assistive technology and text-only readers.
Known limitations
- The market ticker scrolls horizontally; its values are also announced as ordinary text and no unique information depends on it.
- Some decorative background imagery has heavy visual texture, though all text sits on solid overlay layers to preserve contrast.
- Third-party market data is outside our control and may occasionally load slowly or fail silently.
Assistive technology tested
Pages are checked with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom to 200%, and screen-reader review of heading structure and landmark order.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of this site prevents you from reading our material, we treat that as a defect rather than a request. Reports are handled under the same public-correction standard as factual errors, described in our editorial policy.
A plain, fully linked index of every page is available on the HTML sitemap.
